Students are required to fax a certificate of studentship.
One author registration will guarantee publication of up to two accepted papers. Each additional accepted paper, with the same registration, requires the additional payment of 50€ per paper.
All participants are welcome at the Reception Party and are entitled to lunch every week day. Regular participants and accompanying persons are offered entrance to the congress banquet. A cultural and tourist program will be organized for accompanying persons.

Program for Accompanying Persons
The accompanying persons are entitled to all Congress lunches, the Reception Party and the Congress Banquet. In addition, the accompanying persons can attend all open sessions.
The cultural and tourist program is organized as follows: each accompanying person can select up to TWO of these tours organized by the Travel Agency
- Tour of Sesimbra, Setúbal, Palmela - Full Day (lunch included) on September 9th, 9:00 am
- Tour of Óbidos, Nazaré, Fátima - Full Day (lunch included) on September 10th, 9:00 am
- Tour of Sintra, Cascais, Estoril - Half Day on September 11th, 9:00 am
A voucher will be delivered upon check-in at the Congress Desk and then booking is done at the Travel Agency Desk.
